Ingredients
- 150 g rocket
- 100 g sheep`s cheese or herder`s cheese
- 50 g pine nuts
- 0.33 small Glass tomato (s), dried in oil, content approx. 285 g
- Salt and pepper

- Wash the arugula thoroughly and place in a bowl. Then remove the sun-dried tomatoes from the glass with the oil, drain and cut into small pieces. Now cut the sheep`s cheese into small pieces and add to the rocket along with the tomatoes.
- While cutting, roast the pine nuts in a pan and then add them to the salad. Now the salad can be seasoned with the oil of the sun-dried tomatoes as well as salt and pepper according to your own feelings and preferences.
- Attention, the oil will noticeably sag the salad, this should be taken into account when planning the total amount, 150 g rocket initially look a lot fresh, but not in the finished salad.
