Rocket Salad with Tomatoes and Pine Nuts

• 300 g rocket
• 500 g cherry tomato (s)
• 1 piece (s) parmesan cheese
• Balsamic vinegar
• 1 pack pine nuts

Instructions

1. Wash the rocket, remove the stalks and divide on 2 plates. Halve the cherry tomatoes and place on top. Sprinkle some balsamic vinegar over it. Briefly toast the pine nuts in a pan without fat and sprinkle them on the salad. Slice the parmesan thinly over everything.
