Ingredients
- 75 g rocket
- 125 g mozzarella
- 280 g tomato (s)
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon mustard, medium hot
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ honey
- 2 tablespoon olive oil, good
- salt and pepper
- 20 g seeds, mixed, e.. pumpkin, sunflower or pine nuts

- Wash the rocket and, if necessary, pluck it into small pieces. Wash tomatoes and cut into bite-sized pieces. Dice the mozzarella. Put everything together in a bowl.
- For the dressing, mix the balsamic vinegar, mustard, honey and olive oil in a bowl and season with freshly ground salt and pepper.
- Roast the kernels in a pan without fat until they are fragrant and have turned slightly color.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and mix, serve with the seeds as a topping.
