- 125 g rocket
- 60 g pine nuts, toasted
- 250 g strawberries
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- sea salt
- pepper
- 40 g parmesan, rated

- Sort the lettuce, wash and spin dry. Toast the pine nuts in a pan until golden brown. Wash the strawberries, remove the greens and cut into slices. Mix balsamic vinegar with olive oil to make a dressing and season to taste with salt and pepper. Mix the lettuce, strawberries and pine nuts with the dressing and then top with the parmesan.
