  • Lavash – 1 sheet
  • Cold smoked salmon fillet – 150-200 g
  • Processed soft cheese – 150-200 g
  • Dill greens – 0.25 bunch
  • Parsley greens – 0.25 bunch

  1. Prepare products for cooking salmon roll.

  2. Thoroughly chop the dill and parsley.
  3. Mix greens with cheese.
  4. Stir until smooth.
  5. Spread a sheet of lavash on the table. Grease the pita bread as thoroughly as possible with the resulting mixture.
  6. Place thin fish slices on top.

  7. Form a roll with salmon and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
  8. Cold smoked salmon roll is ready. Before serving, cut into slices and garnish with herbs.
