Rolls with Apples

Great dessert. Affordable, simple and delicious pastries made from butter and sour cream dough.

Ingredients

  • Dough:
  • Flour – 3 cups
  • Sugar – 1 glass
  • Chicken eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Butter – 150 g
  • Sour cream – 0.5 cups
  • Salt – 1 pinch
  • Filling:
  • Apples – 1 kg
  • Sugar – 1 glass

Directions

  1. Sift flour.
  2. Grate firm butter on a coarse grater. Add all ingredients to flour.
  3. Knead a soft dough. Cover the dough with cling film and leave in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  4. Wash the apples, cut into 4 pieces. Cut the core. Cut into cubes 1×1 cm.
  5. Turn on the oven. Divide the dough into pieces the size of a chicken egg or slightly smaller. Adding flour, roll it into a layer, like on dumplings, 0.3 cm thick. Put the sliced ​​apples, sprinkle with sugar to taste.
  6. Roll the apple cake into a roll.
    (You can cut the dough into squares with a side of 10 cm. Put apples in the middle of a square cake and sprinkle them with sugar. Raise the ends of the dough and connect over the apples.)
  7. Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil. Place all prepared apple rolls (or square pies) on a baking sheet.
    Place the baking sheet on the middle shelf in the preheated oven. Bake rolls with apples at a temperature of 200-220 ° C until tender, about 30-40 minutes. The readiness of the product is determined by apples, pierce with a toothpick – the baked apples inside should be soft.
  8. Apple rolls are ready. Serve warm with a delicious tea.
