Ingredients

  • 45 g oatmeal
  • 75 g rye meal, finely round
  • 135 g wheat, finely round
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, ground
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cardamom
  • 250 g applesauce
  • 1 large egg (s)
  • 2 tablespoon water
  • 90 g honey
  • 3 tablespoon oil (olive oil)

Instructions

  1. Mix all dry ingredients in one bowl and all wet ingredients in another bowl. Then add the dry mixture to the moist one and mix well with a wooden spoon. Put a spoonful of batter into a muffin mold and bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
