- 1 cube yeast
- 40 g suar
- 0.5 liter ½ milk
- 90 g butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 200 g rye flour or wheat flour, whole rain
- 500 g wheat flour
- 90 g pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds
- 90 g walnuts
- 130 g raisins
