Ingredients
- 200 g tomato (s), dried in oil
- 0.25 ¼ bunch parsley
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 150 ml oil from the tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic
- pepper
- 100 g lettuce, mixed
- 500 g buffalo mozzarella

- Drain the tomatoes, collecting the oil. Put the tomatoes in a blender jar. Wash the herbs, shake dry and add.
- Add the vinegar with 150 ml of tomato oil and puree everything until smooth. Peel and squeeze the garlic and mix with the tomato and herb puree. Season to taste with pepper.
- Wash and dry the lettuce leaves and arrange on plates. Cut or dice the mozzarella and place on the lettuce leaves. Drizzle over the tomato dressing and serve immediately.
