Instructions

  1. Peel the parsley roots and carrots and cut into cubes. Then cook for about 15 to 20 minutes with a piece of butter in a closed saucepan over medium heat. Stir occasionally.
  2. Delicious e.g. as an accompaniment to parsnip patties with savoy cabbage puree.
