Ingredients

  • 200 ml coffee, well chilled
  • 6 scoops ice cream, (Bourbon vanilla ice cream), large
  • 200 ml whipped cream
  • some sweetener tablets for coffee and cream
  • some condensed milk
  • Chocolate, ground for dusting

Instructions

  1. Boil the coffee and let it cool down. It is best to cook a little more in the morning, then the coffee is already at the right temperature in the afternoon.
  2. Use large glasses with a capacity of approx. 350 ml. Pour 3 large scoops of Bourbon vanilla ice cream into each glass. Sweeten the cold coffee with a few sweetener tablets and add the canned milk (many people don`t like black coffee, so they don`t like iced coffee). Carefully pour the coffee onto the ice until about 2/3 the height of the glass.
  3. Whip the cream with a little sweetener until stiff and top it as a top. Sprinkle with chocolate powder or chocolate shavings.
