Ingredients

  • 5 large apples, approx. 800 g
  • Lemon juice
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 200 g suar
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • 100 g butter, liquid
  • 100 grams flour
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled baking powder
  • 100 ml milk
  • some walnuts
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Peel, quarter, core and slice apples. Immediately drizzle with lemon juice.
  2. Mix all other ingredients together except for the walnuts in a bowl. Mix in the apple slices. Pour into a buttered sprinform (26 cm) dusted with flour. Sprinkle with pieces of walnut.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 160 ° C hot air or 180 ° C top / bottom heat for 55-60 minutes until the cake is golden and baked through.
  4. It tastes best when it is lukewarm and dusted with powdered sugar.
