Ingredients
- 125 g tea, (currant or cherry)
- 2 flowers unsprayed scented roses (please only use the leaves)
- 1 ½ liters water
- 1 kg rock candy, smaller, white
- 40 g citric acid
- 1 lemon (s)
- 1 bottle vodka

- Pluck the rose petals from the stem and cut off the white end at the bottom.
- Prepare the tea and rose petals in 1 1/2 liters of hot water, add rock candy, citric acid and the juice of the lemon, mix everything and let it steep for 24 hours.
- Then pour through a sieve and add 1 bottle of vodka, fill into bottles. Very tasty in sparkling wine, or pure.
