  • 5 small potatoes from the jar
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 1 sprig (s) thyme
  • salt and pepper
  • some clarified butter for frying

Instructions

  1. Rinse and dry the potatoes.
  2. Heat some clarified butter in a pan. Put the potatoes in and season. Add the thyme and rosemary and fry the potatoes until golden brown.
