Ingredients

  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • 100 ml oil (rapeseed oil)
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar (red wine vinegar)
  • 2 clove (s) garlic, finely chopped
  • Pepper, a few crushed grains

Instructions

  1. Wash the rosemary and pat dry, remove the needles from the branches. Peel and chop the garlic cloves. Put all ingredients in a mortar and rub. Put the grilled meat in a shallow container and pour the marinade over it. Turn once after half an hour.
