Ingredients

  • 420 g flour type 405
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 300 g yourt, Greek

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients and knead well.
  2. Cut off part of it and roll it out with a rolling pin into a pan-sized flatbread, if necessary put some flour on the work surface. Bake the flatbread in the hot, non-fat frying pan on each side until the desired brown color
  3. The flatbreads taste pure e.g., to salad or can be filled as a wrap or as pizza dough.
