Ingredients

  • 3 onion (s), large, diced
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 tablespoon clarified butter
  • 600 g minced meat, pork
  • 1 leek
  • 3 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 250 ml broth
  • 2 teaspoons paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 250 ml sour cream

Instructions

  1. Fry the onions in the hot fat. Then add the mince and fry until crumbly. Add the washed and sliced leek and all the ingredients except the cream and steam for 20 minutes. Add the sour cream.
  2. This goes best with rice or bread.
