Ingredients

  • 250 g pork, diced
  • 250 g smoked pork, diced
  • 250 g meat sausae, e.. salami, ham or similar, diced
  • 250 g bacon, mixed, diced
  • 2 red peppers, diced
  • 2 small onions, diced
  • 250 g minced pork
  • 5 tomato (s), diced
  • 2 cans mushrooms, III. choice
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 bottle sauce, (Texicana Salsa)
  • 200 g sweet cream
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Wash the meat and cut into cubes. Likewise the peppers and tomatoes. Chop the onions into small cubes.
  2. Put everything in an ovenproof pan and fry briefly.
  3. Mix the Texicana Salsa with the cream and pour over the meat. Bake in the oven for about 2 hours at 180 °.
  4. This is served with toasted 3-grain toast or baguette.
