Rustic Potatoes in the Oven

Country-style potatoes will be a wonderful side dish for meat, fish, and various burgers. Plus, oven-baked potatoes are much healthier than fried potatoes, and even more so fries.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes – 1 kg
  • Vegetable oil – 3-4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Serving herbs (optional)
  • Spices (to taste):
  • Ground allspice
  • Granulated garlic
  • Ground sweet paprika
  • Seasoning for potatoes

Directions

  1. Rinse potatoes well and cut into small slices.

    Sprinkle with spices to taste.

    Add the sunflower oil and mix well.

    Bake country-style potatoes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes.

    Sprinkle the prepared potatoes with herbs.
