Ingredients

  • 500 g boiled boiled beef
  • 4 egg (s), hard-boiled, use only one egg yolk for the dressing
  • 8 slice (s) pickled cucumber (s) (sandwich cucumber)

For the dressing:

  • 4 tablespoon cucumber water
  • 2 tablespoon tartar sauce
  • 4 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoon sour cream
  • 4 tablespoon salad cream (Miracel Whip so light)
  • 1 tablespoon mustard, mild
  • 1 tablespoon cream horseradish
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the boiled boiled beef into small cubes. Peel the eggs. Put one egg yolk aside for the sauce. Also cut the egg whites and the sandwich cucumber into cubes.
  2. For the sauce, mix the egg yolks with the other ingredients.
  3. Add the meat, egg whites and cucumber, mix and season.
