  • 500 g flour (wheat, spelled, spelled steam, double-handle flour)
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 250 ml water, or half water and half milk
  • 2 liters water

Instructions

  1. Mix everything (ingredients 1-4) into a smooth dough. Cut off the dough with a spoon and let it slide into the boiling salted water. Let it steep for 20 minutes over a low heat.
  2. Go very well with goulash. But you can also melt it with bacon and eat a green salad with it.
