Ingredients

  • 400 g sausae, (poultry sausae)
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 150 g cheese, medium-aed Gouda cheese
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 2 tomato (s)
  • 3 cucumber (s), (pickles), possibly up to 5

For the dressing:

  • 3 tablespoon olive oil, virgin
  • 1 pinch pepper, a.d. Mill
  • salt
  • 5 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • some cucumber liquid

Instructions

  1. Cut the sausage and cheese into fine strips the length of a match, the tomato into small cubes.
  2. Peel the onion and pull it over the slicer with the cleaned paprika.
  3. Dressing:
  4. Mix the vinegar, mustard and creme fraiche with salt and pepper thoroughly. Beat the oil with a whisk and dilute with a little cucumber water to make a creamy sauce.
  5. Put the marinade in a large bowl and turn the vegetables and sausage in it and let it steep for at least 30 minutes and season again to taste.
  6. Variation: Add 100 g of salami to the salad, cut into 2 mm thick slices and add 1 bunch of finely chopped chives, turns it into a new variant.
