Ingredients
For the dough:
- 150 g low-fat quark
- 6 tablespoon milk
- 6 tablespoon oil
- 75 grams sugar
- 1 packet baking powder
- 300 grams flour
Also:
- 2 glasses cherry (s)
- 2 tablespoon, heaped cornstarch
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon
For the sprinkles:
- 150 g butter
- 150 grams sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 300 grams flour
- 1 pinch baking powder

- Catch the juice of the cherries and bring to the boil with 2 tablespoons of cornstarch and cinnamon, remove from the stove and add the cherries.
