Ingredients

  • 750 g sloes
  • 250 g rock suar, white
  • 2 sticks cinnamon
  • 1 bottle schnapps (grain)

Instructions

  1. Wash the sloes, drain them and mash them a little. Put the fruits, rock candy and cinnamon sticks in a bottle and pour the grain over them. Close it and let it mature for 2 months. Then filter and let rest for a few more weeks.
