Ingredients

  • 500 g veal liver sausae, soft
  • 5 tablespoon butter
  • 1 onion (s), diced
  • 2 apples, peeled and grated
  • 1 bunch chives, cut into rolls
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • Seasoned Salt
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 20 slices bread (country bread)

Instructions

  1. Onions and apples in 2 tablespoons. Steam the butter until soft. Remove from the fire and let cool down.
  2. Mix in the veal liver sausage, onions / apples, remaining butter and chives. Season to taste with mustard, herb salt and cayenne. Lightly toast the country bread and brush with the liver sausage cream.
