Ingredients
- 500 g pasta (spahetti)
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 chilli pepper (s), red, in thin rings
- 70 g tomato (s), sun-dried, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 500 g spinach leaves, rouhly chopped
- salt
- pepper
- 1 teaspoon lemon (s) - zest
- 200 g sheep cheese

- Cook the spaghetti al dente. Heat olive oil in a wok, chillies, sun-drenched. Braise the tomatoes and garlic. Add the spinach, let it collapse and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes. Season to taste with salt, lemon zest and pepper. Mix thoroughly the drained spaghetti and spinach. Sprinkle with sheep cheese before serving.
