  • 2 fish (kippers, mackerel or smoked cod)
  • 4 large egg (s)
  • 5 tablespoon condensed milk, 7.% fat
  • 4 small onion (s)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 50 g butter
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Fillet the smoked fish, cut into pieces and fry each brown in a little oil and a little butter. Turn carefully. Finely dice the onion and sprinkle over it. Whisk the eggs with the condensed milk and a little salt, place on the smoked fish with the onions, season well with pepper and let set over low heat.
  2. A butter roll or a slice of mixed bread and a strong coffee are enough.
  3. Tip: This dish is a great hangover breakfast!
