You have never tasted such yummy! Salad-appetizer “Tsarsky roll” with red fish is an excellent decoration of the festive table! A simple salad recipe for the New Year!

Ingredients
Lightly salted red fish – 200 g
Boiled potatoes – 3 pcs.
Boiled carrots – 2 pcs.
Boiled eggs – 3 pcs.
Mayonnaise – 100 g
Salt to taste
Directions
Grind pre-cooked, chilled and peeled vegetables with a grater. Do the same with boiled eggs.
Cut the red fish into slices.
Spread out parchment paper and lay the layered carrot, potato and egg salad on top of it, lightly brushing each layer with mayonnaise (or sour cream).
At the end, add the red fish slices and gently roll the fish salad into a roll.
The festive salad-appetizer “Tsar’s roll” is ready. Cut the red fish salad into portions and serve.
