Instructions

  1. Finely grind the pepper, coriander, salt and the herbs in the smoothie maker. You can mix the herbs yourself as you like or use a ready-made mixture of freeze-dried salad herbs. Add the oil, vinegar, honey and mustard. Mix the ingredients in the smoothie maker for 1 minute, then let rest for 5 minutes and finally mix again for 1 minute. Now a creamy emulsion has been created that you can fill into a screw-top jar.
  2. To use, the dressing is mixed with water or cream in a ratio of 1: 3, i.e. 1 part dressing and 3 parts water or cream.
  3. The dressing will keep for several weeks in the refrigerator.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
