- 1 lettuce (s) or lamb`s lettuce
- 1 lemon (s)
- 12 tablespoon water
- 2 teaspoon, heaped sugar
- 2 teaspoons, heaped mustard, mild
- 1 pinch (s) salt

- Wash the lettuce and pluck it into small, bite-sized pieces. Squeeze the lemon. Add the water, sugar, a pinch of salt and the mustard to the lemon juice and stir everything well. Vary according to taste with sugar and mustard.
- The dressing should have a slightly sour note and is served with lamb`s lettuce and green salad.
