  • 150 g yourt, low in fat
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar (white wine vinegar)
  • 1 teaspoon mustard, medium hot
  • 1 teaspoon mustard, sweet
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil
  • Herbs
  • Lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients, add just a dash of olive oil. Season the sauce to taste with salt and pepper and, if available, add a few fresh herbs. Makes a delicious dressing without a lot of calories and goes particularly well with leaf salads.
