  • 150 ml cream
  • 300 ml buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon honey, more liquid
  • sea-salt
  • Pepper, whiter
  • 1 bunch chives

Instructions

  1. Squeeze the lemon. Finely chop the shallot. Finely chop the chives. Whip the cream until it is half stiff.
  2. Mix the buttermilk with lemon juice and shallots. Stir in the honey and chives, fold in the cream, season with salt and pepper. Mix immediately with the salad and serve immediately.
  3. Goes particularly well with leaf salads.
