Ingredients

  • 3 nectarine (s), cut into small slices
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 4 tablespoon oil (sunflower oil)
  • 4 tablespoon liqueur, Spanish (alternatively Marsala)
  • 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, white
  • 1 tablespoon beef broth, instant
  • 1 tablespoon oil (sunflower oil) for frying the nectarines

Instructions

  1. The dressing goes very well with lamb`s lettuce and is prepared as follows:
  2. Fry the nectarines briefly in a little oil, then add the sugar and caramelize the fruit wedges.
  3. Deglaze with the balsamic vinegar, add the liqueur, oil and beef bouillon, bring to the boil briefly and then remove from the stove. Pour the dressing lukewarm over the lamb`s lettuce.
  4. We always have enough for 2 people, but we also like a lot of dressing.
  5. One more note: The EL values are approximate values, as I usually add the amounts by feeling and I have not yet been mistaken. Just try.
