Ingredients

  • 50 ml strawberry vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ salt or
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ paprika powder
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ⅛ onion (s), finely chopped
  • 50 ml sunflower oil
  • teaspoon ⅛ paprika powder, hot

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a small pan. Sauté the garlic and onions until translucent. Let cool down. Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well with a whisk.
  2. Store in the refrigerator. The salad dressing can be kept for 2 - 3 weeks if refrigerated and well sealed.
