Ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 onion (s), chopped
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 6 tablespoon milk
- possibly herbs
- possibly diced bacon

- Mix everything together well, add herbs to taste if necessary and spread over the green beans or over the lettuce.
- As a special kick, I fry the bacon cubes until crispy and add them warm to the salad. Delicious!
