Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons mustard
- 2 clove (s) garlic, pressed through
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ sugar
- pepper
- 0.25 ¼ cup vinegar (wine vinegar), milder
- liter ⅛ olive oil

- First mix well the first five ingredients (except for the olive oil) until the sugar has dissolved. Now stir in the olive oil with a thin stream.
- Fill a larger amount into a screw-top jar and use it gradually. Can be kept refrigerated for four weeks.
