  • 100 ml vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 300 ml oil
  • 0.5 tablespoon ½ mustard
  • 1 packet herbs (salad herbs)
  • 3 cups sour cream

Instructions

  1. Cut the onion and garlic into small cubes. Put the remaining ingredients in a beaker and stir well. Finally add the onion and garlic. Stir again briefly and season to taste.
  2. The dressing can be stored in the refrigerator for a few days without hesitation. The amount is enough for several salads.
