  • 150 ml buttermilk
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 50 g crème fraîche
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Clean the lettuce and cut or pluck it into strips. Mix the buttermilk, lemon juice, crème fraiche and honey together. Beat in the oil with a whisk and season with salt and pepper. Mix with the salad as a dressing and serve.
