Salad with Canned Fish, Eggs and Cucumbers

A delicious fish salad can be prepared very quickly with the most affordable and budget ingredients. Such a salad with canned fish, eggs, and cucumbers can be served at the festive table, or you can please your beloved household members during a family meal.

Ingredients

  • Canned saury – 1 can (230 g)
  • Cucumbers – 2 pcs.
  • Eggs – 4 pcs.
  • Red onion – 1 pc.
  • Salt – 1/3 teaspoon
  • Mayonnaise – 4 tbsp

Directions

  1. Hard-boiled eggs (8 minutes after boiling), fill with cold water, and set aside to cool.
  2. Rinse cucumbers thoroughly in warm water, cut into cubes.
  3. Peel the onion and chop finely.
  4. Combine the onions and cucumbers in a salad bowl.
  5. Peel the cooled eggs and cut them into small cubes.
  6. Add eggs to a bowl to the onions and cucumbers.
  7. Mash the canned saury with a fork, after draining the excess liquid, add to the bowl to the rest of the ingredients.
  8. Add mayonnaise and salt. Mix everything actively with a spoon.
