Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon onion (s), finely chopped
  • 5 tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar, dark (high quality)
  • 1 teaspoon herbs, (salad herbs), dried, pure herbs, no herb preparation
  • Sea salt and mustard paste (no mustard)
  • pepper
  • some herbs, fresh (basil, parsley, chives)
  • 150 g sheep`s cheese or oat`s cheese, dependin on the plan
  • 150 g lettuce, preferably reen lettuce, cucumber, radishes, dependin on the plan
  • 1 teaspoon rapeseed oil, high-quality cold-pressed Omega 6 & 3 oil (if oil is allowed

Instructions

  1. First cut the onion into small pieces. Mix the water, vinegar, salad herbs and chopped fresh herbs and mix in the onions. Wash the lettuce and cut into bite-sized pieces. Cut or crumble sheep`s cheese or goat`s cheese into small cubes. Mix everything well and, if you may, add your oil.
