- 1 large leaf salad
- 1 large tomato (s)
- 0.5 ½ cucumber (s)
- 1 medium carrot (s)
- 400 g turkey schnitzel or fillet
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon vinegar, (herbs or brandy)
- 3 tablespoon oil (e.g. olive)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- salt and pepper
- sugar
- 1 small white bread (s)
- Herb butter
- parsley
- chives

- Cut the turkey schnitzel into strips and marinate them in a honey and soy sauce marinade.
- Because wash the lettuce and pluck it into bite-sized pieces. Peel the carrot and grate finely. Wash the tomato and cucumber and cut into bite-sized pieces. Divide everything on 2 plates and arrange nicely.
- Meanwhile fry the turkey strips in oil.
