  • 1 red pepper (s), diced
  • 2 egg (s), hard-boiled, diced
  • 2 pickles, diced
  • 200 g cream cheese (1.5% fat)
  • salt and pepper

  • Paprika powder
  • Lemon juice
  • chives

Instructions

  1. Mix the cream cheese with the spices and lemon juice, then mix in all the other ingredients. Cool for at least 2 hours.
  2. Tastes delicious as a spread on baguette, ciabatta and other light breads.
  3. Tip for leftovers: Mix with the cheese spread on toast, baked in the oven until golden yellow, with a freshly dressed salad.
