Salmon and Avocado Salad Ingredients

  • Lightly salted salmon – 200 g
  • Avocado – 1 pc.
  • Soft curd or processed cheese – 100 g
  • Mayonnaise – 70 g
  • Hard cheese – 60 g
  • Rice – 50 g
  • Lemon – ½ pc.
  • Dill – 3 branches

  1. We prepare all the necessary products for salmon and avocado salad.

  2. We wash the rice until clear water. Pour 0.5 liters of water into a saucepan, add 1/2 teaspoon. salt and cook for 15 minutes until tender (rice soft). Use a colander to drain the remaining water.
  3. Cut 3 long stripes from the salmon, which will decorate the salad. Cut the rest of the salmon into cubes.
  4. We rub hard cheese on a coarse grater.
  5. Knead the curd cheese with a fork.
  6. Mix half of the grated cheese with soft cheese.
  7. We add almost all the mayonnaise to the cheeses (leave 1 tablespoon. L.).
  8. Chop the washed dill finely.
  9. Add dill to cheeses. We mix.
  10. Cut the avocado in half and take out the pit. Take out the avocado pulp with a spoon and chop finely. Sprinkle the pulp with lemon juice so that it does not darken.
  11. We form a fish salad with avocado. Take a square shape 7 cm in size and 4 cm in height. We spread half of the salmon.
  12. Layout a layer of rice. We tamp.

  14. We spread a layer of cheese mass. We tamp well.
  15. Layer the remaining salmon and add mayonnaise.
