  • 500 g broccoli
  • 250 g salmon, frozen
  • 200 ml cream
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 120 g cheese, rated
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Let the salmon thaw. Cut into strips approx. 3 cm long. Cut the broccoli into florets and blanch for 5 - 10 minutes.
  2. Drain the broccoli well and place in a baking dish. Add the salmon to the broccoli in the baking dish. Heat the cream and melt about 40 g of grated cheese in it. Add the eggs, stir well and season with salt, pepper and dill. Pour the sauce over the broccoli and salmon. Spread the rest of the cheese on top. Place in the oven at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for approx. 30 minutes.
