Salmon Ceviche

Ceviche is a simple and at the same time unusual dish of fish and seafood that came to the world cuisine from Peru.

Ingredients

  • 300 gr chilled salmon (fillet)
  • 1 avocado
  • Green onion
  • 1 cucumber
  • Liqueur Cointreau
  • to taste Salt, pepper
  • Lemon juice
  • 1 small tomato
  • Olive oil

Directions

  1. Cut salmon into cubes, cucumber into small cubes, avocado into small cubes, tomato into small cubes. One feather of a green onion is enough, chop.
  2. Salt, pepper, pour with lemon juice to taste, add 1 teaspoon of Cointreau, a little olive oil.
  3. Mix everything and put it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to cool.
