Salmon Ceviche Ingredients

  • Salmon (white fish such as seabass is also possible)
  • Red onion
  • Fresh fennel
  • Cilantro
  • Salt pepper
  • Chile
  • Sesame oil
  • Coconut milk (optional)
  • Juice of 1 lime or lemon
  • Avocado

Salmon Ceviche Instructions

  1. Cut the fish into cubes. Put in a container, maybe. Then we will marinate everything in the refrigerator
  2. Cut the fennel and red onion into too few rings. I have 1 salmon steak – half an onion and a quarter of a fennel
  3. Season with salt and pepper. Chile (fresh or dry)
  4. Cut the avocado into cubes. Chop cilantro (such a good amount of cilantro)
  5. Refueling. Lemon juice. A drop of sesame oil. A tablespoon of coconut milk. You can drip olive oil with some flavor.
    We interfere with everything. We check for acid and salt. And in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Better for the night!
