Salmon Ceviche Salad

Seviche, a popular Latin American dish, is a variety of fresh fish marinated in lime, lemon, or orange juice.

Ingredients

  • orange 2 pcs (medium) (480 g)
  • fresh salmon 400 g
  • lettuce cress 175 g
  • spices to taste
  • for refueling
  • white wine vinegar 1 teaspoon
  • capers (rinsed) 1 teaspoon
  • chopped dill 2 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Disassemble oranges into segments; leave 1/4 cup of juice for dressing.
  2. Combine the dressing ingredients with 1/4 cup orange juice.
  3. Cut the salmon into very thin plates; add half of the dressing; leave to marinate for 5 minutes.
  4. Transfer the marinated salmon with the remaining half of the dressing to a bowl, add the orange segments, watercress; mix gently. Add spices to taste (salt, pepper).
