Ingredients

  • 2 port. Salmon fillet (s) 150 - 00 g

For the marinade:

  • 2 tablespoon rum, light
  • 3 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon sugar, brown
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1 piece (s) chilli pepper (s)
  • salt
  • Pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

  1. Core the chilli pepper, remove the skins and finely chop or dice a piece of it. Adjust the amount to suit your personal taste and spiciness of the pod.
  2. Mix all ingredients for the marinade well, the sugar should dissolve.
  3. Wash the salmon, pat dry and place in a flat baking dish. Spread the marinade over it, the underside should also be moistened, and marinate the fish for 30 - 60 minutes. Every now and then, drizzle with the marinade that collects at the bottom of the pan.
  4. Preheat the oven to 190 ° C top / bottom heat.
