Instructions

  1. Cut the salmon into 4 equal pieces. Sprinkle with olive oil and lemon juice. Then pepper and salt.
  2. Cut the onions into rings and briefly blanch, peel and dice the tomatoes, chop the garlic into small cubes or thin slices. Pluck the basil.
  3. Place the fish in portions on aluminum foil and spread the onions, tomatoes, garlic and basil on the fillet pieces. Then close the foil loosely and place the parcels in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for a good 30 minutes.
  4. To serve, open the foil slightly and pour a generous amount of crème fraîche on the steaming vegetables.
  5. Baguette tastes best with it straight or with aioli.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
