Salmon Pasta Ingredients

  • Salmon – 100 grams (lightly salted)
  • Pasta – 120 Grams
  • Green onions – 3-4 Pieces (stem)
  • Garlic – 2 Cloves
  • Soy sauce – 2 Tbsp. spoons
  • Salt – 1 Pinch
  • Ground black pepper – 1 Pinch
  • Vegetable oil – 1
  • Water – 50 Milliliters
  • Ground sweet paprika – 2 Pinches

  1. Prepare the indicated ingredients.

  2. Boil water in a saucepan or ladle, add a pinch of salt and add the pasta. Cook according to package directions (about 7-10 minutes).
  3. Rinse green onions and peeled garlic cloves in water, finely chop. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil, pour both slices into it. Fry for about 1-2 minutes on minimal heat to let the vegetables develop their flavor.
  4. At this time, cut the salmon fillet into pieces, add it to the pan. Fry for about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Pour in soy sauce, water, add ground paprika and ground black pepper, simmer on moderate heat for about 2-3 minutes.
  6. By this time, the pasta will be ready – move it with a slotted spoon from the broth to the pan, shaking off excess liquid. Stir the contents of the skillet and simmer for about 1-2 minutes to soak the pasta with the flavor of the sauce.
